I believe this is black and not navy. It looks different depending on the light, but I've landed on it being a black/white faux wrap tie top with suplice bodice. "Lara" vintage style dress. Cuffed sleeves. On one, the sleeve is tacked in a cuffed style, the other is not. Princess seaming. Darts in bodice. Pockets. Size 6 Regular. Excellent pre-owned condition.
