prnss3nikki @cruisegirl223 and they are simple to make the shakes is delivered 2 you with a scooper you use 2 scoops of shake with either skim milk or unsweetened vanilla milk ( which I prefer) mix it all together and your done. There is your shake you can add fresh fruit to flavor or provided is flavor packets.

prnss3nikki @juliepointer1 well it's just a protein shake. I tried every diet but my problems is carbs I gain so much weight with them and unlike other protein shakes on the market this has less then a gram of sugar and less then 7 grams of carbs which is less then any other shake on the market it also has pure protein where most other shakes contain protein that have fine wood partials. Gross!!! Lol. It comes out to roughly 1.50 a shake.

cruisegirl223 i think i am going to order the kit of 30 (shake a day)to see how I do on this. I have done it all, i can't drop anything and I am so disgusted. The only thing that ever worked for me was ephedra and it was taken off the damn market.

prnss3nikki @knelson don't let all the additional products get you confused. I started with the 100 package which contains enough shakes for the month. I never used additional products nor have I. And list 30lbs total in 90 days. Are you looking to lose weight? I also did Zumba once a week but nothing more.

prnss3nikki @knelson no they have been the easiest diet ever! They taste like cake batter plus you can any fruit and change up the shakes there are hundred of different recipes you can use to change the flavor. Now they have become a routine I get up have a shake and go on with my day and depending on if I make dinner or not I will have another shake for lunch or dinner. Its amazing too cuz other woman said it increased your energy and makes you feel better I thought it was crap until I noticed I have more energy and feel better about myself too!

knelson that's so great! do you get hungry throughout the day? that's my thing. I have PCOS meaning my hormones are out of whack and I feel the need to eat and snack all the time. I heard I helps curve your appetite? I just think a shake would fill me up enough to help any?

prnss3nikki @knelson it difenitly curbs your appetite. I felt the need to snack too and I still do snack but on fruit or 60calorie cheese snacks just not on bad food because my system has been Reset by using the shakes. I don't really crave bad or fatty food like I was. And if I do eat something fatty or greasy I fell awful after cuz my body is no longer used to having those types of food. I would definitely try it. You can even start by doing at least the 49 dollar package and try it for 2 weeks to see if it works for you and make sure you like it.
