Body Central party dress

Body Central halter high-low party dress. I can't describe how gorgeous this dress is! Sparkling detail on halter, flowy high low skirt... just stunning. Measurements were taken while flat and are approximate from pit to pit (stretchy so there is lots of give) and front and back of empire waist to hem. Open to all reasonable offers so please ask!
