If you are average height the size chart is for you and sizing should be accurate. Remember that body shapers are meant to be tight and may not be for everyone. This one is more serious compression.

But if you have a party & you want to look your best this garment will help you look put together. Some may not like the eye hook in the crotch but you can place a panty liner to help create a more comfortable ease of wear. If you have any question please do not be shy to ask. worldcollection @true2fashion I would go into the 5XL.,, but the 5XL would be hard to get on, if you are willing to work with it and realize the stretch comes from the rear of the shaper. The black is less stretchy than the natural for some reason but is still a serious shaper. I have seen very plump women who I would never think could get this one on get it on and they were very happy. In no way should you choose any size less than a 5XL

worldcollection @melissacline108 Hello Melissa. Thank you for asking. I am bigger than you by 20 pounds and taller however I would suggest a 3XL or 4XL. You have to keep in mind one thing that the stretch comes from the back of the fabric. The front is meant to compress. When you get these on you step into the garment and may get stuck at hips but you wiggle them on like panty hose careful with long nails. And once past the hips the rest is easy as pie.

worldcollection @melissacline108 The reason why I would suggest a larger size is because when a woman is short her weight is distributed and more compressed, my experience selling these were that while some women would choose the size that was listed in the package that many would come back seeking a size or two up. It would not make a HUGE difference between 3X or 4X....either size for you would be A OK

worldcollection @terrykl I weight much more than you & was able to get the 5XL on however I am taller than you by 4" , because your weight is compressed by your height making you wider than I, a 5XL is best. If you do not have good arm strength or patience to get it on best to pass this one and choose the zipper one I showed you earlier.

Because you are short your weight is distributed differently than with a person who is tall, I would go with a 4XL These only stretch from the rear of the garment so when you place it on you will step into the garment like a pair of pants.

You have to keep in mind for you and this other person these will be a tad hard to get on as you have your hip the widest part of the body to pull past and to realize the stretch from from the rear of garment as I have already said with that in mind a 3XL should be fine.
