Body con black skirt NWOT

Brand new NWOT black stretchy some sheen body con midi skirt with elastic waist and rear slit. no size on it so not sure but fits an 00/0 , XXS/XS. I'm a size 2 and it's too snug on me. of course elastic waist helps and the material has give, but for me way too body con at the hips and butt.
