Body hugging tunic dress top

I bought this at a sample sale and never ended up wearing. However I didn’t realize the slight discoloration on the body left side (see pic #3). Deep plunge twist tie front and loose seamless collar. Best with leggings or fitted skirt. Shoulder to shortest part of front 25.5” and shoulder to longest 39” back side 28.5” waist approx 20” but fabric is stretchy
