This dress by Body Central starts with a bandeau top and is ruched all the way around with vertical elastic bands, ending with a curtain hem framing the legs. The dress is in excellent shape however the tag has been cut out. Approximate measurements: Bust 26" Length 25" The mannequin's bust is around 34" and the dress fit just right but not tight. Another with a 26" bust is a M. I think it's safe to say with a 26" bust this dress runs S/M. Doublecheck measurements before buying.
