ohhbraeebe @gsims1177 Sorry I am still looking for my tape measure so I will have to get back to you on the exact waist measurement. The dress is a Medium, I wear size Medium/Large in dresses at Forever 21 (my measurements 34-27-40. It is semi-stretchy so I would only recommend it to someone who wears a Small or a Medium.
