Bohemian Beauty Johnathan Logan 1970s vintage dress

How perfect would this be with a rust or burgundy velvet blazer and a pair of bone, rust, burgundy or navy campus boots? Dress is in incredible condition, fabric is sheer, skirt lined. Belt is frayed but it doesn’t effect the piece. Elastic trimmed balloon sleeves, above waist is pleated adding stretch, square neck and a vet fall/winter palette. This is shown on a male dress form.
