@nataliezigel sorry! My vision is terrible I didn't realize the pic was not good yes it's 34.5. ❤️ the rouching is 3" thick and fitted so it begins just below the breast but does not go ll the way to the waist. The fabric is very soft so it hangs against your body. Very complimentary.
