Bohemian Embellished tunic top w/ties

Bohemian Flutter sleeve tunic w/ ties. Embellished with gold colored lariat style stitching with sequins. Cute slit flutter sleeves. Tunic length on petite, regular length length on 5’4” or taller. Hips at hips. 100% cotton a little coarse but if washed w/softener cotton softens. Hand wash recommended. Or machine wash cold, lay flat to dry. Worn once. Bought at a NYC West village boutique.
