NWT? Does it fit true to size or is it more oversized?

@kenziel13 it fits like a S/M it ties around the chest so it really could be adjusted for most sizes. I am 5’5” and between a S and M or XS in Free People and it fits me perfectly! It is missing one small button toward the bottom of the dress :)
