andevi @graddysue the skirt is 100% rayon. I’m not sure of measurements but I can check them tonight and let you know :)

andevi @graddysue the waist is elastic and it stretches a lot. Flat without stretching the elastic it measures approx 22.5-23.” When I bought the skirt my waist was 27-28” and it fit me well. I can stretch it to about 37-38.” The hips (I measured just above the first tier seam) is 44-44.5.” The length is 31.” Also, the skirt is rayon and is listed as 100% rayon but there is a lining that doesn’t feel like rayon. I’m guessing it’s poly. Hope this helps :)
