This is a beautiful dress it is Rayon very soft fabric machine or hand wash line dry. It can be worn on or off the shoulder or it looks like it can also be worn as a strapless dress. The fabric has no stretch. I will add measurements soon. Sorry it is just faster that way. Excellent condition. The brand is David and Dani I believe that is a boutique brand.
