Bohemian Skirt

Comfortable fun dress to wear during any season!size says Full size the string can pull the dress as tight or loose. This skirts fits me and I am a size 9-10 in pants and my sister who is a size 2 in pants. Can wear it low to the waist or tight it up tight for high waist (if you are shorter). Fits me to the ankles I am 5'5".
