Hard to describe this dress! I'm 5'4" wore it mostly as a dress, but you could put leggings and use it as a tunic The fabric is thicker, and almost sculptural, then the hem has a ruffle in fabric from back, a layer of black nylon and layer of netting with hearts This pulls over the head, with keyhole back I wore this to art galleries, plays and clubs.
