This dress was described as black and brown, when it arrived it was navy and rust (I didn’t want navy).It is a lightweight scarf-like material with small white buttons down the front. It fits like a true large and has an adjustable waist. Armpit to armpit: 20” Length from waist: 40” Sleeves: 15”
