Bohemian style Charlotte Russe top. Size small.

Have had this for years. Worn quite a bit. Meant to be worn off the shoulder. Flowy bottom. Bell sleeves. By Charlotte Russe. Some of the seams are coming out. The top is meant to fit stretchy and conform to the body while the bottom flows down. Please keep in mind I am not sure how tight the stretchy part still is.
