New never worn no tags Romantic pretty V-neck blouse with puff long sleeves and lace around the neck including back collar and end of sleeves at wrists. Little polka dot type puff pattern and ribbon pattern all over. Blouse has an lining in front and us transparent in the back. Beautiful baby blue color. Size L.
