Boho 9 panel artesian made fun skirt

I purchased this fun piece at a Street fair in Greenville,SC. The band is elastic and measures 15.1/4” not stretched. Look carefully at the panels as they are varied and creative. This is definitely a one of a kind piece. Length: 19” the fabric is cotton and cotton blend . Note the pocket.
