Sashay through the sunshine in this breezy dress that features a fluttering ruffle along the hem and a bohemian-inspired floral pattern throughout. Buttons let you subtly adjust the v-neckline for a casually alluring look. It features an empire waistline, a flared silhouette ending just above the knees, and adorable half sleeves. ***DETAILS*** THESE DRESSES ARE NEW WITH TAGS REMOVED (tags shown in pic). They were altered by a seamstress to shorten them but then I never wore them. See the additional layer of ruffle below the empire waist - that is the alteration - shown from both inside and outside the skirt area. IMO the extra layer gives a more flowing look and wear.
