bloominit @cathaven06 from the top of the shoulder to the Hem it's 32 in Long but there is a slit between the bottom button and the bottom hem that is 5 in.

bloominit @littlesisterb No, there's not really a waistline. as you can see in the pictures there is a tie, but there's no elastic there. Hope that helps!
