Boho Drug Rug Colorful Striped Patterned Shorts

i LOVE! THESE! SHORTS!!! I absolutely would keep them, however they are way too tight on my thighs the second I sit down. They have no flaws I have noticed and I have owned them for a few years, with minimal use because they have always been a little too small on my legs. The thigh seams measure 24” around, and the thickest part of my thigh is 22” standing up, for reference. Inseam is 8 1/2”. Tag says 29 but when I measure them lying flat they seem like 34s.
