Boho Embroidered Pastel Scarf with Fringe

GUC. Lovely multi-colored embroidered scarf with fringe. The gorgeous colors, embroidered pattern and crinkled effect is reminiscent of India. Works great with a summer dress, a cardigan , or a jean jacket. There is no label but I would guess silk or viscose or maybe a blend. Most likely synthetic.
