Boho Festival shorts

Artisan NY retro shorts. Perfect for summer fun and festivals. Used but still in good shape. The sizing is between a 2 and 4 (in my opinion). They ride low on the waist. Waist across: 15” Hips across: 18.5” Length: 12”
