Boho Maxi Dress XL NWOT

Never worn, but I took all the tags off (WHY??) This could be worn off the shoulder or on the shoulder. Either way, this dress is ankle length on someone who is 5' 7" +. Dress is marked as XL but I am an XL and it doesn't fit me. It has an elastic waist...but I probably don't have enough of a waist to make it look good. It is lightweight cotton so it's great for summer or warm climate travel!
