They can even be raised above the breastline and worn as a dress. The straps are LONG, and can be configured to tie all kinds of different ways. I love that this one has the gold and burgundy, which look beautiful and dressy, but then the hot pink and turquoise pop out to give a little something extra. Or, let that pink shine, and let the rich hues be subtle. Up to you and the day! I wear a 14, and probably could have went with the smaller one, but I liked having the flowy skirt with the extra yardage. I have only worn it once, though, and will be listing others.
