Boho Print Elastic Waist Maxi Dress

I ordered this online and it was smaller through the chest than I expected. Tag says small, but fits more like an XS. Lightweight and comfortable, adjustable straps. Rich red boho print. Didn't come with tags attached, but it's new, never been worn.
