Boho Re:named mini dress from Revolve

re:named off the shoulder bow back mini dress from Revolve clothing. Simple blue striped print makes this an easy summer stunner. Adjustable shoulder straps, bell sleeves, ruffle hem, with a bow tie back. Great dress or an easy breezy cover up. Small stain on liner underneath tag. Not visible from the outside. See pic. Also a small discoloration in fabric, not noticeable but is a flaw in the fabric. Also a small mark that is not noticeable- see pic for detail.
