I love this tiered velvet boho skirt! The print is more subtle in person (my camera's flash captured it more brightly). The colors are dark, rich burgundy/wine/berry toned, and the multi-colored paisley print is intricate & beautiful! It features a small ruffle around the center tier, hidden side zipper, and is fully lined. The velvet is 82% rayon & 18% silk, lining is 100% acetate. trishyrishyroo @pmbnewton OMG! I totally missed your questions. So sorry! The top of the waistband measures 13.5" across. It has a wide waistband, and the bottom is 16" across, but there isn't any stretch to the fabric. It has a hidden side zipper closure. Let me know if you have any other questions. 😊
