Brand new blue and cream color tie-dye jacket with stitching detail. Shimmer detail on jacket borders. Beading, embroidery detail on collar, chest and sleeves. 100% cotton, lightweight with very thin solid navy lining that is stitched together with outer fabric. Front is 22 1/4" long, back 21", sleeves 23", underarm/chest 19". Extra beading included. Chico's 0 sizing is comparable to 4/6 Small.
