It does have gathers around lower notice as seen in picture. Pit to pit 20 “. Length 36”, arm length from seam of shoulder to ending of sleeve, 20 “. 3/4 length on most people. Sleeves are wide sleeves. Sleeves aren’t lined but dress is. Color burgundy. Fabric. Lining 100% polyester, 58%rayon,42% polyester. Direction say machine wash.
