Talbots brand off white flowy boho blouse. Shown here with belt for reference, belt not included, sold separately on a different post. Polyester material. Size 14 but can be worn by ppl in smaller sizes if a looser fit is desired. Would look great with a belt and skirt or with a belt and skinny jeans. Hella cute and diverse.
