laurasmile I am kind of new to posh mark and I do not know how to get ahold of somebody other than getting you on one of your listings. When I looked for the little gold necklace I cannot find it anywhere. The only thing I can think is when I listed that little necklace I also listed two baskets and put the necklaces I listed in those baskets to put in my sewing room. It might have fallen through the crack and I even checked my vacuum. I do not know what to do for a situation like this do you know?

nessaanne14 @laurasmile not sure either. I’ve only bought from Posh. Is it the little locket one w/the diamond chip? That’s the one I really loved😅 I know you have 2-3 days to ship. I had an eccentric older lady w/maybe a touch of dementia who purchased one of my rings but went back & forth between requesting to cancel & demanding me to ship. Posh understood. Do you want to keep looking? Alter order? Maybe wait till customer service hours tomorrow to contact Posh?

laurasmile @nessaanne14 the hard part that I've learned about posh mark is there is no customer service other than email. I'm not sure how to alter the order because I would surely do that and I am so sorry I have turned my house upside down looking. I will look one more time in about an hour when I get home and I'll get back to you this evening. I am truly sorry this is not the way I operate. I am very careful about where I keep my posh mark items for sale.

laurasmile @nessaanne14 I can't find that necklace anywhere and last night I cut my finger very badly on the little knife strip on a box of saran wrap...ugg. Would you like to pick out any other thing for my closet and I will send it as a substitute with your other three necklaces? Or I can talk to poshmark and find out how we were removed out one item. Once again I'm terribly sorry.
