Material is a nice rayon, not shiny and plasticly. capped short sleeves with embroidered trom at sleeves. 2 tier at bottom of dress. 51" long. plunging neckline. drawstring waost tie with tassles and elastic waistband. fits more like a medium. 17.5" armpit to armpit. 14" waistband laying flat. stretched is 15" comfortably.
