Boho “free people style” white dress/tunic with embroidery

This is a white tunic dress with a tie to cinch in the empire waist. It has red and blue embroidery on the chest and down the center of dress. Fabric is soft and breezy feels like a Rayon. There is no longer a tag but it would fit a small to medium (see measurements below) Flat measurements- Pit to pit- 20” Waist & hip- 23” Shoulder to hem- 32” *flaw- there is a faint stain as seen in pictures. I have not tried to get it out. I do not know the age of this garment and typically try not to mess with things that may be vintage because I’m not an expert.
