Boho me tie-dye tie front ruffled dress

this pretty dress starts with adjustable spaghetti straps like a slip dress that ties in front. It has a wide mock back. I will easily stretch to 21 inches. There’s a little cut out front as well. The fabric is a softly tie-dyed like a muted tie-dye rayon woven fabric with ruffles down the front and at the hem.In excellent condition.
