Boho mixed pattern floral top, ruffle bottom

Lovely fabric that feels to me like a linen/rayon/cotton blend. The content tag is missing, so that’s my best guess. There is an eyelet ruffle along the bottom. Button closure at each wrist. Happy to answer questions!
