Cotton Candy LA off the shoulder romper from so-cal boutique. This is my favorite romper of all time but doesn't fit me well (only worn once). Size large but fits more like small/x-small. Originally paid over $80, asking $35. Measures 29" from top to bottom. Romper only for sale.
