keywest98 Can you please tell me the waist and length on this? is the 32-35" for the waist due to the tie? Is there elastic? Thanks

gypsyravenrose @keywest98 Hiya hun. The waist is 20 inches across. The 31-36 is the length as its a high low sorta skirt. There is no elastic is the waist. Hope that helps. Any other questions just ask.
