Light weight Jade Green hard to describe skirt. Side zip. Shirt can be worn down on hips and adjusted by tightening the strings running through top portion. It is not Elastic. 2nd string on set is hidden within fabric and needs to be pulled out. I believe fabric is cotton but tag is cut. Definitely cool fun unique skirt.
