Bold blue maxi dress

Derek Heart tropical print maxi dress in bold blues, purple, black and white. 95% polyester 5% spandex. Junior size large. Measures about 15" across just under the bust. Has adjustable elastic straps and is lightly padded in the bust (sometimes I didn't wear a bra with this dress). Empire waist. 39" long from the waist down. Ties in the back. Always got compliments when I wore this...which was about three times. :) great condition.
