sareehub @mahijamd hi, measurements for blouse armpit to armpit is 18" with a room to extend 2 more inches. I would say Bust size 36 to 38 Inches.

sareehub @drsherow There is a pic 4th one which shows close to how it would look pleated. I don't wear new sarees to model ( I know it helps to make the decision ) as they get little crumpled at the pleats.
