These are great looking boots but the inside of the boots and the top of the boots were cheaply made.Luckily the leather and the hard plastic that enclose the whole bottom of the boot make up for that . The heels are about 3 inches high and the circumference at the top is 14 inches I also have these boots in a size 9.
