Never Worn! Like new! Great Condition! Super fun and cute high low summer dress. Gorgeous blue color. See through netting on the back and on both sides. Dress has buttons from neckline to bottom. The skirt is lined with a second layer. I will be honest, the top from the waist up is not lined and is just a bit see through. But still easily wearable and does not take away from the look of the dress. It is very breezy and light wait. Perfect for warm weather! Easy to dress up or dress down!
