Measurements flat are 13” across the top, 10” from top of shorts to bottom, with an extra inch of black lace that hangs off the bottom of the shorts. savanna333 @mariesshop2 hey there! I am so sorry I didn’t see your original post on here! Seriously, so sorry! The measurements on these cuties are 13” across the top, 10” from top to bottom. The waist band is elastic so it does stretch a bit as well plus has a draw string case you want to tighten. I hope that helps! 😁

savanna333 Yes they are! The shorts overall are pretty stretchy and very comfortable. They have an elastic waist band that is very stretchy and the black lace around the bottom is not constricting to your thighs! :)
