Bongo Y2K Black Lace Skirt (Like New)

This is a Bongo Brand Y2K Skirt!! It’s Black colored with a Floral Print on top and Lace Fringes that show out the bottom!! It’s really cute!! Size is Medium Women’s but it also has an elastic waistband so it could definitely fit bigger!! Condition is Like New, I don’t see a single flaw!! Please refer to the pics
