Love this corset... Hat was sold maybe I'll make another. Skirt is included This is a small 24"-26" waist. Plastic boned fits nicely. skirt is a small, elastic waist.. so cool Tardis Fabric Dr Who.. We have one skirt left. Made these for an event, even hats too but haven't made any lately Elastic waist small to medium. 1/2" longer in back as we all have a bum.. Official fabric cotton with 3" waistband and surged hem.
