Bonnie Cashin for Coach tote bag, known as the 'Tiny Shopping Bag', released in the 1960s. Made from bone colored leather, this amazing little tote bag features double leather handles and is lined in Bonnie's signature striped fabric with one slip pocket inside. Wear as it is - or fold flat and stow in one of your larger bags or suitcases! Bonnie Cashin designed thoughtful pieces for the woman on the go - and this bag style is a great example of her aesthetic. Made in the USA. Note that this is a pre-creed bag and has a black metal tag with BONNIE CASHIN and a cloth tag with COACH LEATHERWARE A BONNIE CASHIN DESIGN. Approximate measurements: 7in L x 7in H x 3in D w/5in handle drop. Preowned/vintage (50+ years old) with some signs of age, use and prior wear: this bag is new/old stock (NOS), new with defects (NWD) and has never been carried, however it was in storage for almost 40 years and shows some light spots from age and some light abrasions, most notable at the bag bottom and corners, from storage and handling over the years (see last three photos). The interior is clean.
