Little girl's summer dress from Bonnie Jean. Dress is 100% cotton. Lining is 100% polyester. Bodice is 95% cotton and 5% spandex. Netting is 100% nylon. It is a size 4. It is oh so cute with the top resembling an old fashioned (1920s) bathing suit and the bottom entirely decorated with pastel summer and beach scenes. And it ties in the back. Definitely a little boutique dress. Lovely! ♡ Measurements (in inches, lying flat): waist - 10 (20") length - 24 neck - 6 arm - 6 It has been gently laundered. I'm happy to answer any questions! :)
